Volunteer Enrollment Form
The first step to becoming an RSVP volunteer is to fill out our two-page Volunteer Enrollment Form. After we receive your completed form, we’ll contact you to arrange an interview to discuss your background, interests, and availability. This interview helps us match you with an appropriate volunteer assignment.
